By registering for a course with Minda Sfera Sdn Bhd (1567592-P), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Course Enrolment

1.1.  Registration is subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment or purchase order.

1.2. Confirmation of email will be delivered to your registered email address upon complete purchase and payment receipt from Minda Sfera Sdn Bhd.

1.3.  Minda Sfera Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered alternative dates, which your payment credit will be brought forward for this case.

1.4.   Course registration ends seven (7) days in advance before the day commencement of course.

Payment Terms

2.1.  Full payment of course fees must be made prior to the start of the course.

2.2. No cash payments are allowed.

2.3. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your registration.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1.  If you wish to cancel your registration for a particular course, you must notify Minda Sfera Sdn Bhd in writing to [email protected] at least 7 days in advance before course commencement.

3.2. Take note that there is no refund policy available. You may delay and change your course for unlimited number of times within 3 months (90 days) from the payment date, after which the credit can be forfeited by Minda Sfera Sdn Bhd.

3.3. No refunds and credits will be given for no-show or cancellation on the course date.

3.4. In the event of course cancellation by Minda Sfera Sdn Bhd, a credit will be issued for your registration to the new course conducted by Minda Sfera Sdn Bhd, which your credit will only expire based on Clause 3.2 from the date of credit issued as your payment date.

Subsitution & Transfers

4.1.  You may transfer your registration to another individual by notifying Minda Sfera Sdn Bhd in writing at least 14 days before the course start date.

4.2.  Requests to transfer to a different course and course date must be made at least 7 days prior to the original start date and are subject to availability, in writing.

Certification & Attendance

5.1.  Certificates of completion will only be issued to participants who meet

         5.1.1. Course attendance: 80% of total course hours

         5.1.2. Course assessment: Average of 60% of all assessments

         5.1.3. Submission of course evaluation form for the course

5.2. Late arrivals or early departures may impact eligibility for certification.

Intellectual Property

6.1.  All course materials provided, including slides, workbooks and digital resources, are the intellectual property of Minda Sfera Sdn Bhd and are for personal use only.

6.2. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction of course materials is prohibited, which may be subjected to Copyrights Act 1982 whenever imposed.

Data Protection & Privacy

7.1. Minda Sfera Sdn Bhd will collect and store your personal information in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

7.2. Your data will only be used for the purpose of course administration and communication. You may opt-in to receive updates on future courses and events.

Limitation Of Liability

8.1. Minda Sfera Sdn Bhd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the training services.

8.2. Liability for direct damages is limited to the course fee paid.

8.3. Any information provided in this course are for informational purposes only. The content is provided “as is” without guarantees. The views expressed are those of the presenter and do not necessary reflect the position or policy of Minda Sfera Sdn Bhd and its affiliates. This presentation does not constitute to legal, financial and professional advice.

Governing Law

9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
9.2. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
