How to apply for 50% reimbursement? *Only applicable to 2-day pass, terms & conditions applied

1. Sign the attendance list upon entering the conference area.
2. Fill in and return the reimbursement form after the event ends on 16 May.
3. Present your ticket purchasing record, confirmation email and provide screenshots as proof of survey submission ( 2 in total).

*50% of payment will be disbursed to your account within 4 weeks upon organizer’s approval. Bank charges and taxes shall be borne by the attendee.

*In the event of any disputes, the Organiser reserves the right to make the final decision.
