BORNEO BEATZ LIVE IN KUALA LUMPUR is organized by SUKASENI ORG and will take place on 25th May 2025 at Central Market Parking Lot from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
(A Collaboration with BORNEO NATIVE FESTIVAL 2025)
- The organizer reserves the right to shorten or extend the duration of the event at their discretion without prior notice.
- The organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or postpone the event without prior notice or with a one-week notice before the scheduled date.
- The organizer will not be responsible for any logistical issues or health-related matters prior to the event.
- The organizer reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to alter, delete, or add terms and conditions without prior notice. Participants will be bound by these changes.
Event Tickets Collection:
- Show your QR or purchase details during the entrance of the concert.
- Any changes to the collection time will be communicated via the official social media account: "sukasenimy" on Instagram.
General Rules:
- All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Each attendee must wear appropriate and neat clothing when attending the event. Inappropriate or offensive attire will result in removal from the premises, and the attendee will be asked to change their clothing.
- For the "free-standing section," any incidents involving harassment will result in expulsion from the premises if reported by another attendee. Legal action will be taken if necessary. Security is the attendee's own responsibility.
- A valid e-ticket must be presented at the entrance to receive a wristband. The wristband must be worn at all times during the event. Participants found without a wristband will be asked to leave the event area.
- One e-ticket is redeemable by one person only. Reuse of purchased tickets is strictly prohibited.
- The organizer will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Please keep all items at your own risk.
- Any person found guilty of inappropriate behavior will be removed from the concert, festival, and program area.
- The program has a zero-tolerance policy towards drugs. Anyone suspected of consuming or possessing illegal substances or prohibited items will be searched and/or expelled from the concert, festival, and/or program area.
- By being in the program and concert area, you agree verbally to the program's policies and guidelines.
- All e-ticket holders are subject to body/bag checks at all entry points to the concert, festival, or program area.
- Cross-dressing of gender is not allowed. If such behavior occurs, you will not be permitted to enter the area.
- Participants must present the following at the redemption counter to claim their Hand Marks (CHOP):
- E-ticket in printed or digital format.
- The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to ticket holders if the ticket is found to be fraudulent, purchased, or obtained from an unauthorized agent, or damaged.
Indemnity and Liability:
- By participating in this event and using the e-ticket, participants agree to indemnify the organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, and/or agencies, including directors, employees, retailers, distributors, and sponsors, from any claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, or liabilities, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to the event.
- In the event of cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances, ticket purchase refunds will be processed through the online purchase platform within one month after the event date. Buyers are not entitled to claim or seek compensation from the organizer for losses, logistical issues, or damages incurred as a result of the cancellation, termination, or postponement of the program. The organizer’s decision is final, and no appeals will be allowed or entertained.
- All rights and privileges granted to the organizer are irrevocable and not subject to suspension, restriction, or injunction under any circumstances. Under no circumstances will a qualified participant have the right to seek an injunction or restrain or intervene in the program, its production, distribution, exhibition, and/or exploitation, or to withdraw permission for the organizer to use their name and image for publicity and advertising purposes without compensation or prior notice to the qualified participant.
Changes and Cancellations:
- The organizer reserves the right to add, withdraw, or replace artists, or change the advertised program, location, time, and audience capacity without prior notice or compensation to ticket buyers.
- The organizer may delay, cancel, interrupt, or stop the program due to bad weather, dangerous situations, or any other reason beyond their reasonable control.
- The organizer will not be responsible for any errors, omissions, disruptions, damage, delays in operations or delivery, communication line failures, theft, or destruction, unauthorized access, or changes in communications between users or participants, or any technical issues related to networks, telephone lines, online computer systems, web servers or suppliers, computer equipment, software, email, or any failure caused by technical issues or internet congestion.
- The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry and/or expel participants from the premises if they display uncontrollable behavior and/or violate any of the specified terms & conditions.
- The organizer also reserves the right, at any time, to verify the accuracy of participant details (including identity, age, bank account, and address). Errors and omissions may be accepted at the organizer's discretion. The failure of the organizer to enforce any such rights at any stage does not waive the organizer's right to enforce those rights.
Privacy and Recording:
- Personal data will only be used for the management and operation of the program and will not be used for any other purpose. The organizer will handle personal data according to the organizer’s Personal Data Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
- The organizer (and its representatives) reserves the right to record the image, appearance, actions, and statements of participants in any audio, video, film, web broadcast, streaming, or other transmission, exhibition, live broadcast, or recording made from, or at, the event for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further consent from the participant.
- The organizer retains all rights to web/Internet broadcasting of the event. Any live streaming or broadcast, whether for the internet or otherwise, of the program must obtain prior specific approval from the organizer. No one may transmit, broadcast, or display any live audio or audiovisual content from the event site without written permission from the organizer.
- Professional photography, video, and/or audio recording in any form are strictly prohibited during the event.
- Without the organizer's prior written permission, ticket holders may not bring any audio or video recording devices (except personal mobile phones) into the program.
Miscellaneous:
- Eligible buyers agree to receive medical treatment that may be deemed necessary in case of injury, accident, or illness during the event and directly release the organizer and all participants in the medical treatment from any liability for such actions. The costs will be borne by the buyer.
- No sponsorship, marketing on-site, sampling, sales, product coupon distribution, or any other promotional activities are allowed at the event (including parking areas) without the organizer's prior written consent.
- Buyers are not permitted to take the organizer’s decisions to court. In the event of a dispute, inconsistency, ambiguity, or uncertainty regarding these terms and conditions or anything related to the program, the organizer will make a final, binding decision, and all decisions related to the matter are final.
- Any terms and specific details regarding other tickets not mentioned here will be part of the terms and conditions as stated on the booking page and e-ticket.
- The primary language used in these terms and conditions is Malay. Any translations into other languages are provided for convenience only.
- These terms and conditions will be interpreted, governed, and enforced according to the laws of Malaysia, and eligible participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
- Age is limited to 12 years old and above. However, attendees aged 12-15 must be accompanied by a guardian. Any possible misconduct and unprecedented circumstances will not be the responsibility of the organizer.
