Welcome to the Songkran Music Beach Party! To ensure a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience for all guests, please adhere to the following rules and regulations:

1. General Guidelines

1.1 Entry & Age Restriction

• This is an 18+ event.
• A legal guardian must accompany guests under 18.
• Kids below 3 years old are not encouraged to participate.
• Kids above 3 years old but below 12 are only allowed in the designated Kids Zone.

1.2 Admission & Wristbands

• Wristbands must be worn at all times.
• Re-entry after exiting the event will be verified by wristband and QR code.

1.3 Code of Conduct

• Respect fellow guests, staff, and performers.
• Any form of harassment, violence, or discrimination will not be tolerated.
• Disorderly or intoxicated guests may be removed without a refund.

2. Water Activities & Safety

2.1 Water Guns & Splash Zones

• Water guns are permitted but must be used responsibly.
• Avoid spraying directly at performers, DJ equipment, and electrical outlets.
• Only clean water is allowed – no coloured liquids, seawater, or soap.

2.2 Beach & Swimming

• Swimming is at your own risk – no lifeguards on duty.
• No diving, rough play, or endangering others in the water.
• Keep the beach clean – dispose of trash in designated bins.

3. Prohibited Items & Actions

3.1 Banned Items

• No outside food, drinks, or alcohol.
• No drugs, illegal substances, or weapons.
• No cigarettes or hazardous materials.

3.2 Glassware & Sharp Objects

• Glass bottles and sharp objects are strictly prohibited.
• Only plastic cups and reusable containers are allowed.

4. Music & Entertainment

4.1 Live Performances & DJs

• Respect the artists – do not interfere with performances.

4.2 Fire Show & Special Performances

• Maintain a safe distance from fire performers and designated show areas.

5. Alcohol & Responsible Drinking

5.1 Bar Service & Alcohol Consumption

• Excessive drinking and irresponsible behaviour will result in removal.
• Drink responsibly – hydrate and pace yourself.

6. Emergency & Assistance

6.1 Medical Assistance

• First aid stations are available. Notify staff if you or someone else needs help.
• In case of emergencies, please follow staff instructions as soon as possible.

6.2 Lost & Found

• Ferringhi Heart Beach Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Lost items may be reported to the designated Lost & Found area.

7. Ticketing Rules

7.1 Ticket Sales & Admission

• All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.
• All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided under any circumstances.
• The ticket price is determined at the time of order and excludes any additional fees such as handling or ticketing fees.
• A valid QR code ticket must be presented for entry. Any alteration or defacement may invalidate the ticket.

7.2 Wristbands & Entry

• Wristbands must be securely kept once issued at check-in.
• Wristbands are required for venue entry. If lost, re-entry may be denied at the organizer’s discretion.

7.3 Ticket Holder Responsibility

• Ticket holders must not share their tickets with third parties.
• If purchasing on behalf of others, ensure the ticket is given only to the rightful person.
• Multiple ticket purchasers are solely responsible for all tickets under their purchase.
• The purchaser must provide the e-confirmation verification.
• Access control procedures are bound by these Terms & Conditions.

7.4 Data Privacy & Marketing Consent

• Personal information collected for marketing purposes will be processed per the Personal Data Protection Notice Policy.
• By registering, the registrant consents to Ticket2U/organizer processing their data and permits sponsors, partners, and authorized parties to contact them for promotions and future events.

7.5 Unauthorized Purchases & Admission Refusal

• Tickets must be purchased only from the designated website: https://www.ticket2u.com.my/.
• Any ticket purchased from an unauthorized source may be invalid, and admission may be refused.
• Providing false or incorrect data during purchase may result in being barred from the event.

8. Event Conditions & Organizer Rights

8.1 Weather & Event Continuation

• This is an outdoor event – the party will continue even in rainy conditions.
• The organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any causes beyond reasonable control.

8.2 Performer & Program Changes

• If any performing group is unable to attend due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, no refund will be issued.
• The organizer reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add, or substitute performers, change advertised programs, event times, seating arrangements, and audience capacity without prior notice.
• No ticket refunds or changes will be provided due to these circumstances.

8.3 Risk & Liability

• The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks incidental to the event, including but not limited to death, personal injury, loss, damage, or liability.

8.4 Terms & Conditions Amendments

• Ticket2U/Organizer reserves the right to modify, change, or add to these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• All venue & event entry terms & conditions apply.

9. Final Notice

• By attending, you agree to follow these rules and acknowledge that failure to comply may result in removal without a refund.
• The event organizers reserve the right to modify rules as needed for safety and enjoyment.
