Eligibility
This competition is open to everyone aged 6 and above.
Parents can bring children under 5 years old, but do so at their own risk. Parents are fully responsible for their children's well-being before, during, and after the ZAITUN FUN RUN 2025.
No registration is needed for children under 5 years old, and they will not receive a t-shirt, finisher medal, or other benefits.
The organizer is not liable for the safety and well-being of any child under 5 years old.
The ZAITUN FUN RUN 2025 will follow a set of event rules. Age eligibility will be determined based on the participant's age as of December 31st, 2025.
Participants Personal Insurance
All registered participants are covered by personal insurance in case of injuries or accidents that occur during the running event;
However, children under 5 are not covered, and we advise parents or guardians to be extra vigilant during the run.
Registration

Note:
- Registrations without online payment will be invalid.
- Please ensure payment is completed during registration.
- No refunds will be provided for incorrect or duplicate registrations.
- Postal entries are not accepted.
- The decision of the Competition Committee on entry acceptance is final.
- The organizers have the right to reject any entry without providing a reason.
Race Pack
The race pack includes a running t-shirt, race bib number, and pins.
Please note, the number of running t-shirts in each size is limited, so distribution will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Note:
- Race packs will not be available for collection on the event morning.
- Race packs not collected during the designated pick-up period will be considered unwanted, and the organizers may dispose of or redistribute them.
- Late race pack collection without prior arrangement will incur a RM 10.00 fee per pack.
- Bulk collection (10 or more packs) must be arranged by emailing a list of participants (name and ID number) to +60137705161, +60199819572 via What's App by Sunday, June 7th, 2025.
- An authorization letter for each participant is required at the bulk collection counter on race pack collection days.
- Foreign participants or those from outside the Klang Valley who need special arrangements for race pack collection should contact +60137705161, +60199819572 via What's App by Sunday, May 18th, 2025.
Finisher Medal
Finisher medals will be handed out at the finish line to all participants. Claims will not be accepted after the event.
Drink Station
There will be one drink station at the finish line.
Safety Precaution
As a safety precaution, an ambulance will be on standby throughout the event to respond to any emergencies.
Refreshment
Each participant will receive water and food at the final refreshment station at the finish line. Claims will not be entertained after the event.

While the organizers will take all reasonable precautions to ensure participant safety, participants are strongly encouraged to undergo a medical examination or consult their doctor before registering and prior to race day.
The organizers reserve the right to delay the start of the race in the event of heavy rain, thunderstorms, or extreme weather conditions. If these conditions persist after the delay, the organizers may cancel the race, with no refunds provided.
In the case of heavy rain, thunderstorms, or other natural disasters leading to the postponement or cancellation of the event, the organizers will not be responsible for any claims made by participants or other parties.
The organizers reserve the right to use any photos, videos, recordings, or other media taken before, during, or after the event for legitimate purposes, including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors.
