RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Each participant must register individually and be between the ages of 17 and 40. Participants are required to attend the SONY Workshop on 10th June 2025 physically.
2. The competition is open to all Malaysian and international participants.
3. The deadline for registration is 1st June 2025.
4. The registration fee structure is as follows:
• Non-SEGi students: RM10 registration fee + RM40 deposit (Total: RM50)
• SEGi students: Free (No registration or deposit fee)
• The deposit will be refunded upon full participation in the competition.
5. The competition consists of only two rounds: the Preliminary Round and the Final Round.
6. All participants must complete the registration form provided by the Organiser with accurate and complete details.
7. Submitted images must not contain any offensive elements, including inappropriate language, imagery, or symbols.
8. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with these rules and regulations.
9. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations at any time without prior notice.
10. The Organiser retains the right to postpone or cancel the event at its discretion. In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees.
11. All images must be original and created by the participants. Submissions must not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights. Participants shall indemnify the Organiser against any claims arising from their submissions.
12. The Organiser reserves the right to use the submitted artwork for publicity purposes.
13. By submitting their photos for the competition, participants must confirm that:
14. They own all rights, including copyright, to the submitted photo.
• The photos do not infringe on any third-party rights, including but not limited to the right of publicity, privacy, or any equivalent personal rights.
• If the photo includes an identifiable person, the participant has obtained explicit permission from that individual for its use.
• All entries must originate from a digital photograph. Computer-generated content cannot serve as the primary source of the submission.
15. Participants are required to rename their image file using their full name as per Identity Card (IC) to ensure proper identification of submission.
16. Participants must submit the image file in Original RAW or JPEG format to the Organiser @ [email protected]
17. The use of third-party images, including those sourced from external websites or blogs, is strictly prohibited. Participants acknowledge that using such images without proper authorization may constitute copyright infringement.

规章与规定
1. 每位参赛者必须单独注册，且年龄须在17至40岁之间。参赛者需在2025年6月10日出席参加SONY工作坊。
2. 本比赛向所有马来西亚及国际参赛者开放。
3. 注册截止日期为2025年6月1日。
4. 注册费用结构如下：
• 非SEGi学生：RM10注册费 + RM40押金（总计：RM50）
• SEGi学生：免费（无注册费或押金）
• 完成比赛全程参与后，押金将予以退还。
5. 比赛仅设两轮：初赛和决赛。
6. 所有参赛者必须如主办方所提供的注册表格中准确、完整地填写资料。
7. 提交的图像不得包含任何冒犯性元素，包括不当的语言、图像或符号。
8. 主办方保留对任何不遵守本规章与规定的参赛者进行取消资格的权利。
9. 主办方保留在不提前通知的情况下随时修改本规章与规定的权利。
10. 主办方有权自行决定推迟或取消活动。如因不可预见的情况取消比赛，参赛者将获得全额注册费退款。
11. 所有图像必须由参赛者原创制作。提交作品不得侵犯任何版权、商标或知识产权。参赛者应对因其提交作品引起的任何索赔向主办方进行赔偿。
12. 主办方保留将提交的作品用于宣传目的的权利。
13. 参赛者在提交照片参赛时，必须确认以下事项：
• 他们拥有提交照片的所有权利，包括版权。
• 照片不侵犯任何第三方权利，包括但不限于公开权、隐私权或任何类似的个人权利。
• 若照片中包含可识别的个人，参赛者须已获得该个人明确的使用许可。
14. 所有参赛作品必须源自数字摄影。计算机生成的内容不能作为作品的主要来源。
15. 为了确保提交照片的正确识别，参赛者必须使用其身份证（IC）上的完整姓名重命名图像文件。
16. 参赛者必须以原始RAW或JPEG格式向主办方提交图像文件@ [email protected]
17. 严禁使用第三方图像，包括从外部网站或博客获得的图像。参赛者承认，未经适当授权使用此类图像可能构成版权侵权。
