Buka Puasa Di KFC Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is only valid on 21st March 2025 (Friday).

2. All tickets must be purchased online prior to the event date.

3. To secure the ticket, the customer is required to pre-pay for the selected location.

4. A valid ticket is required to enter the venue. Each ticket admits one (1) person.

5. No refund will be made for tickets if guests do not show up.

6. This ticket is for one-time use and is only valid for the specified reservation date and location.

7. One (1) ID can purchase up to ten (10) buffet tickets per transaction. Each child (between 5 to 12 years old) is counted as one (1) person.

8. The ticket price shall be the price set at the time the ticket order is accepted.

9. Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable under any circumstances.

10. The Organiser(s) will not be held responsible for any tickets that are lost, stolen, or destroyed.

11. Purchasers must present their e-confirmation and a clear copy of the submitted ID for registration.

12. The duration for Buka Puasa Di KFC All-you-can-eat is 1 hour 30 minutes.

13. This event is strictly for dining inside the restaurant only; no takeaway, including leftovers, will be permitted.

14. Entry Conditions

• The original ID and confirmation email are required for collection.

• In cases of duplicate access, proof of purchase is required. Failure to provide sufficient evidence will result in denied entry.

15. Intellectual Property

• Ownership or possession of the ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on the purchaser to use, alter, copy, and/or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos, and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.

16. Data Collection & Privacy

• Information is collected from those registering with Ticket2u in order to facilitate ticketing or other available services. The information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• The information collected from those registering with Ticket2u for marketing promotions will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice Policy. By registering, the registrant provides consent to Ticket2u/Event Organiser/Venue for processing their information and permits sponsors, partners, and/or authorized parties to contact the registrant for future marketing materials and communications regarding events, promotions, and other marketing activities.

17. Delays & Postponements

• In the event of postponement, the ticket purchased for the original event date may be applicable and valid for a new reservation event date within the promotion period, unless otherwise notified.

18. Force Majeure

• The Organiser reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, any other causes beyond its reasonable control, or without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

19. Cancellation

• The Organiser may cancel your reservation at any time, without assigning any reasons and without prior notice, without any liability to you or any other person.

20. Assumption of Risk

• Ticket holders voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the actual event, including but not limited to death, personal injury, loss, damage, or liability.

21. Changes to Event

• The Organiser/Venue reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add, or substitute any menu item, event times, location, seating arrangements, layout, and/or audience capacity without prior notice.

22. Amendments

• Ticket2u/Organiser reserves the right to supplement, add, change, or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice.

23. Use of Venue

• The Organiser reserves the right to assign tables at its discretion. Special requests may be granted at the sole discretion of the Organiser.

• No outside food or beverages are permitted in the venue.

• Attendees are responsible for ensuring their own discernment of potential allergens in the food provided. The Organiser will not be held liable for any allergic reactions or related concerns.

24. Disclaimers & Liability

• The Organiser does not warrant or represent that your access to the website’s service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any information, data, content, or other material accessible in connection with the service will be accurate or free of computer viruses, bugs, or other harmful components.

• The website’s service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and the Organiser disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including but not limited to warranties as to fitness for purpose, non-infringement of intellectual property or proprietary rights, or compatibility between the service and any software or hardware.

• You accept all risks and responsibilities for your use of the website’s service, including the submission of any personal or financial information.

• The Organiser, their management, employees, and any third parties hired by KFC Malaysia shall not be liable for, and shall exclude to the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability, loss, claim, or damage arising out of or in any way connected with any of the following:

  • Your access to or use of the website’s service;

  • Your use of or reliance on the information or materials provided in connection with the website’s service;

  • Your supply of any personal or financial information or the unauthorized access thereof by a third party;

  • The unavailability of the website’s service or any failure, delay, or error in processing or fulfilling a reservation request;

  • The use of the restaurants or consumption of food, beverages, or restaurant services by you or any other person.

• KFC Malaysia, their managers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss, including loss of revenue, income, profit, opportunity, or reputation arising out of your use of the services, website, or venue.

• You agree to indemnify and keep KFC Malaysia, their managers, and their employees indemnified from and against any liability, loss, claim, or damage that arises out of or is caused by your breach of these terms and conditions and/or your use of the service, website, or venue.
