The Best of SONDHEIM ABRIDGED will be organized at Damansara Performing Arts Centre on 2 - 4 October 2015.

2015 marks this amazing composer’s 85th birthday. Global celebrations are taking place throughout the year, including all-star galas in London and New York, featuring Broadway’s and West End’s best. Maybank and PAN Productions are very proud to be a part of this global celebration to honour this amazing artiste with a Malaysian gala tribute as well.

On stage to perform selected pieces from “Sweeney Todd”, “Gypsy” and “Into The Woods” are some of Malaysia’s best musical theatre talents: Nadia Aqilah, Elvira Arul, Zalina Lee, Peter Ong, Aaron Teoh and Joel Wong. Directed by Nell Ng with music direction by Nish Tham, This concert event will bring you some of the most entertaining and moving works by the incredible composer and lyricist that is Stephen Sondheim.
