Following the overwhelming support for the Solo Leveling Experience, Acolab returns with another highly anticipated collaboration! This April, fans can finally dive into the action-packed universe of Chainsaw Man with Malaysia’s first-ever official Chainsaw Man Pop-Up, launching exclusively at Pavilion Bukit Jalil.

Opening on 19 April 2025 (Saturday), the Chainsaw Man Pop-Up offers an immersive experience inspired by the globally acclaimed anime. Whether you’re Team Denji, cheering for Power, or just here for the thrill—this is one event you absolutely won’t want to miss!

Expect all your Acolab favourites: themed café, official merchandise store, and curated photo zones. But this time, there’s more… Brand-new game zones are making their debut!

General Terms & Conditions:

• You are required to select your desired date & session when purchasing a package. The time slots are only for the café. Entry to the merchandise store and photo zone is on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Merchandise store is open to the public. The Photo Zone is accessible only to those who purchase any one of the packages.

• There will be a 90-minute time limit per table. We kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your chosen session to allow for a seamless transition and ensure a delightful dining experience for all our guests.

• Each package is for one-time admission of one person to the photo zone. Admission is subject to operating hours (which may change from time to time without prior notice) and capacity limitation.

• Each package holder is entitled to one (1) attempt per game zone only.

• Package sold is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, not for resale, non-replaceable if lost or stolen, and will not be valid if it is altered or damaged.

Prohibited Activities:

While at the event, visitors must not:

• Offer or display any goods or services for sale.

• Distribute any printed or recorded material.

• Bringing any flag, banner, or sign that depicts violence or offensive imagery.

• Cause public discomfort or incite a crowd, including by conducting demonstrations; giving speeches; preaching any political, religious, or other cause not prior authorised in writing by RRSB.

• Engage in any unsafe act or impede the operation of the event.

• Smoke (including using cigars, electronic cigarettes, or vaporizer).

Prohibited Items:

The following are not to be brought into the event:

• Pets.

• Glass containers.

• Illegal, hazardous, or combustible items.

• Transport devices with wheels (except wheelchairs), including without limitation skateboards, scooters, in-line skates, or shoes with built-in wheels.

• Remote-controlled devices and unmanned aerial vehicles (drones).

• Suitcases, coolers, or backpacks, with or without wheels, larger than 55 x 35 x 25cm.

• Folding chairs.

• Weapons or items that appear to be used as weapons.

• Face coverings, except for religious or medical purposes, or masks.

• Items (including clothing) with language or imagery offensive to the general culture of Malaysia having regard to the nature of the event  as an entertainment facility.

• [Merchandise Store & Photo Zone] - No food or beverages are permitted once you’ve entered the photo zone and merchandise store.

Safety, Security, and Comfort:

• By entering, visitors accept that they have a duty to take reasonable steps to ensure their safety, taking into account any personal medical conditions. All visitors in and around the event should behave in a safe manner at all times, and accompanying adults shall exercise reasonable steps in supervising the kids.

• Organisers may conduct security checks on visitors’ belongings.

• Organisers may, without refund or compensation, refuse admission to, or remove from the event, any visitor who contravenes these T&C.

Ticketing:

• Please ensure that you purchase packages only from TICKET2U. Second-hand distributors are not official ticketing sites, and tickets purchased through these resellers and non-official ticketing sites may not be valid.

• All packages purchased are non-refundable.

• Packages can be purchased in person at our ticket kiosks. We recommend purchasing a package and reserving a visiting time slot in advance online to guarantee your entry time, as it is possible for entry time slots to sell out.

• Timed entrance to the café is intended to ensure a seamless transition and to guarantee a delightful dining experience.

• Guests who arrive at the café more than 10 minutes after the entry time for their chosen session are not guaranteed immediate access. We will do our best to accommodate you as capacity allows in the next available entry group after granting access to all ticket buyers.

• Rest assured, if you are unable to attend on your chosen date and session, entry will still be valid for one month from your chosen date through the normal walk-in lane, on a first-come, first-served basis (subject to availability).

• Children under 90cm in height do not require an admission code to enter the photo zone and can enter with any paying adult.

• All packages include admission to the photo zone for single admission only. Re-entry is not permitted.

• Daily maximum capacity is enforced to ensure smooth traffic flow in the café.

• By purchasing a package and reserving your visiting date and session online, you will enter the café through the reserved access lane with your chosen date and session, while daily walk-in ticket availability is subject to a limited quota and through the normal walk-in lane only.
