Asia Leadership Conference 2016 will be organized at Sunway University on 9 January 2016.

- Workshop Series – Participants will engage in discussions on leadership specially customised for young leaders in Asia. The Trekkers will be facilitating the workshops.
- TED Talks – The Trekkers will facilitate talks on personal leadership, innovative processes and global trends, and also share their own unique life stories to inspire participants.
- Talk Shows – Participants will have further opportunities for open discussions and debates on emerging topics related to leadership, the economy, education and politics. Distinguished guest speakers will join the Trekkers as panellists on these forums.
