Italian cooking class will be organized at ILOHA Culture Centre “ Cooking & Language Studio” + Café, Bangsar on 12th June 2016 (Saturday).

We will have the Italian hands-on cooking class by Ms Tracy Poon at ILOHA Culture Centre, Bangsar on 12th June, 2016 (Sun) 2:30pm-5:30pm. 

This course consists of;
(1) Making ricotta cheese (from Milk & cream)
(2) Pumpkin, Rocket & Ricotta Pasta
(3) Crostini with Ricotta and various Toppings
