The MIA International Accountants Conference is a flagship event designed and dedicated to accountants and corporate leaders from around the world. The use of the word ‘accountant’

In Malaysia, the word ‘accountant’ is protected as provided for under the provisions of the Act which states that no one can hold himself out or practise as an accountant unless he is registered as a member of MIA.

Upon registering, delegate(s) are considered successfully enrolled for the Conference. Should delegate(s) decide to cancel their enrolment, a cancellation policy shall be applied as follows: 

a)Written cancellations received before 14 October 2016: 
 For fully paid registration, full refund will be made, or 
 For unpaid registration, no administrative charge will be imposed 
b)Written cancellations received on or after 14 October 2016: 
 For fully paid registration, a refund (less administrative charge of 20%) will be made 
 For unpaid registrations, 20% administrative charge will be imposed 
c)Written cancellations/no-show on the day of the Conference: 
 For fully paid registration, no refund will be entertained 
 For unpaid registrations, full payment of the conference fee will be imposed 
 Partial cancellation is not allowed
