Gaby Endo
Being born and raised in Brazil while also half Japanese, DJ and model Gaby Endo isn’t shy of distinct global endeavour. With a tech and deep house blend running through her blood, the now Hong Kong residing DJ is taking Asia and its neighbours to another musical level, running her own branded parties and showcasing her devout record collection to dance floor enthusiasts.
2015 saw Gaby Endo highlight the anticipated ‘Events in China’ panel at the debuting IMS China, where her global knowledge of underground scenes has translated perfectly into Asia and beyond. Relishing in the culturally diverse territory, Gaby has whole heartedly embraced musically educated dance floors while also inviting newcomers to the tech and deep house world.
As co-founder of the Rewind rooftop parties in Hong Kong, there is no stopping the road ahead for Gaby, taking her signature sound to the people. Influenced by her latin roots and Brazilian background, her tech-lined sets are full of energy, build around warm melodies, ethnic elements and rhythmics that occasionally delve into a tribal and mystical fell.
Shadowing sonic influences of Luciano, DJ Koze, Matthew Dekay and Guti to name a few, the soul pleasing odyssey her club sets lure are a classy affair making her downright infectious. Music has been a powerful tool for herself and societies around her, bringing together the energy and life the positive effects of sound can inspire.
Travelling across the world from Brazil it is without a doubt the experiences she carries and shares with her electronic enthusiasts are memorable, as she has recently told Pulse Radio in an exclusive interview previously. Her bill spots at Volar Hong Kong, Jimmy’s in Monte Carlo, Project Mykonos, Provocateur in Dubai and NYC, Flashfactory NYC, Pacha Macau, Woobar at the W Bali and the Rewind Rooftop parties in Hong Kong are only the beginning of the musical sunrises she has devoured, leaving nothing but an extensive party calendar to come.
She ended 2015 on a high note playing at the Wonderfruit festival in Thailand, and 2016 has already started in an exciting way, having recently shared stage with &ME at REWIND Hong Kong, with Hot Since 82 at Dragon Fly in Jakarta and a more than special gig at the Kalliope sound car at Burning Man. Gaby is now working on her first productions and we can only imagine what is going to come out of her "love lab".
“Love is the guiding energy and a feeling of connectedness with ourselves and with the whole is what I try to pass through music... To create a meaningful experience where people can take something positive from it and leave something positive behind.”

Sunju Hargun
With Roots originally from India, but born in Thailand, Sunju Hargun’s story is one of passion for electronic music. It’s a tale of deep, dark driven techno beats and rolling grooves that both encapsulates the mind and moves the feet.
Sunju had his pulse on the music bug from a young age, with an upbringing from his father's Jazz and Blues guitarist profession in the local Asian scene. He discovered many genres from his dad’s vinyl collections and shortly after, he started to experiment with instruments in the studio. He found his love and passion for playing drums as it was always about the rhythm and grooves. Electronic music came into his life after grunge, alternative and leftfield music in his teen age. He started discovering early trance and hard house, and learning how to express himself through DJing.
In 2002 Sunju moved to Shanghai and became a vital part of the early underground movement, holding residencies at some of the after hours venues alongside Christopher
Lawrence, John 00 Flemming and John Digweed. As the years went by, he decided it was time to return back to Bangkok and focus his experience onto music production. Soon after, he started to catch attention of a few labels in Europe and North America while building his own following internationally around South East Asia. He was billed on lineups at festivals and clubs with international artists such as Tiga, Dubfire, Richie Hawtin, Loco Dice and many more.
In 2014 Viva Music founder Steve Lawler unearthed Sunju Hargun together with his production collaborator “Forrest” and promptly signed and released their debut EP “Vie”. Track ‘No Futuro’ put indivually both their names on the tongue of weekend warriors across the globe. With the record being selected by many, became a global dance floor destroyer and added fuel with a stunning remix by "System-2" blazing bright.
April 2015 saw another landmark as the guys released their second debut material since the viva release. ‘Palace’ came out Tiga’s home imprint Turbo Recordings being heavily
supported by Pan Pot, Dubfire, Sasha, Seth troxler and many more. A couple of months after the release this all followed quickly with an original remix by Sunju for the duo named “Goldfinch” which was heavily supported by Dubfire, Richie Hawtin, Adam Beyer, Carl cox and many more which broke into Beatport’s top 50 techno charts.
2015 was a year of change for Sunju as he evolved the production prowess towards a darker techno sound, delivering remixes and originals that both implode and mesmerise
the dance floor at peak-time to deeper parts to the night. This change didn’t go unnoticed, coming with reworks for Radio Slave was featured on Richie Hawtin’s residency night “Enter” as part of a soundtrack to their promo video. His tour dates spread around the globe as he goes unnoticed piecing together breaking sets and wowing crowds at clubs and festivals in Berlin, Australia, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Sweden all the way to Singapore, Manila, Bangkok and Bali.
2016 is set to be another excellent year for Sunju Hargun as his tour dates are extended with 3 new residencies around south east asia and an upcoming Australia and Us Tour. In the studio he currently experiments and is working on his forthcoming album which is set to see the light of day in 2017.
A step further into creativity of pushing forward the unknown, he will be launching his new venture “Xplor” combining the live aspect of being a dj with the experience of a cohesive audio visual showcase. Asia is growing, Sunju Hargun is one of the individuals to embody this and his rise shows no sign of stopping.
