"With the generational shift in the workforce, thousands of articles about 'those dang millenial kids' dominate the web today. But instead of questioning why they can't be more like the older generation, perhaps we should ask instead if students today are being effectively prepared for their future careers.

In this session, we explore replacing super expectations with 'super curriculum': additional lessons and trips enabling students to extend knowledge beyond the confines of the academic syllabus.
