Mark your calendars folks! 

Moonshine celebrates 11 years of being part of the Malaysian independent music scene with a slice of some of the brightest acts around. Not to be missed folks:

Beverly Matujal - young and up and coming lass from KK, skilled in plugging heart strings to tear ducts. Due for an EP release pretty soon. 

Froya - a vanguard of local electro pop, delicate as snowfall in that winter vacation you never took.

Bihzhu - she was part of the very first Moonshine back in 2005 back when she was part of Rhapsody. Now she's settled into her own lil' feel good musical roots/pop nich,

Cats in Love - a fresh, hook-filled take on a bues-tinged rock band. Well crafted melodies blanketed by some good ol' rock fun. 

陳儀芬 Tan Yi Fen - operates mostly in the local Chinese independent scene, she stands out amongst her peers with strong melodies, groove and pop sensibilities. Normally performs solo but will be trying a trio format for our anniversary.

Home Court - a recent new find, beats and music facilitator Dae Kim and rhymes man Young Ariff come together for one of the freshest collabos we've heard in awhile. 

Von Torappu Torio - Specialises in J-pop/rock covers. Why? Because we can. 

Reza Salleh - Enjoys walks on the beach, chicken chop and IMAX 3D

Sulyn Ooi - one of the most underrated songwriters around, she crafts heartfelt nuggets of alternative pop reminiscent of Coldplay before they went a bit funny.

Gabriel Lynch - Like Snow Patrol but with your heart ripped out multiple times. Contemplative, patient and straight for the jugular.
