Registration must be made via Ticket2u.com.my. Organizer will not responsible for any registration apart from Ticket2u.com.my

Any online registration without online payment is invalid. Therefore, please make ensure you’ve made your payment when you register online

Substitution and changing of categories are NOT allowed

No refund will be issued for wrong registration

No refund will be made upon cancellation of early birds’ registration

Virtual Run:

Run anytime, anywhere before 11 p.m., 11^th March 2017.

Can be divided into few sections

Send your proof (running apps, Garmin photos, FitBit, VivoSmart, treadmill record), together with your picture to [email protected] with the subject of VIRTUAL RUN. State your invoice number.

Your running kits and finisher items will be posted within 14 working days after 11^th March 2017.

Virtual run is strictly limited to 200 participants/categories.

Running Kits: 

Glow in the dark microdry running tee (Adult Unisex)

13 KM: Running bibs + timing chip + safety pins + wristbands

6 KM: Running bibs + safety pins + wristbands

All sizes are only available on first come first serve basis and while stock lasts. Organizer reserves the right to replace the sizes if the selected size is out of stock for registration after 5^th February 2017.

Kindly wear your running tee, bibs and wristbands. Failure to do so will cause you to be disqualified from the race. No refund will be issued.

Running Kits Collection:

There will be NO distribution of kits on the race day

Special arrangement will cause a penalty of RM10 – RM50 depends on type of arrangement.

For those who opted for the shipping of running kits, organizer will not responsible for any shipping delay of running kits.

Change of t-shirt size and running bib number is not allowed.

Please take note that after 6 p.m., 10^th March 2017, all the uncollected race kits will be deemed as unwanted and therefore become the property of the organizers. The organizer reserves the right to dispose or redistribute the race kits in any manner deemed appropriate. The participant/s will be disqualified automatically.

Finisher Items:

Certificate: Participation certificate will be given to all 6KM finishers. It will be given out at the medal counter within 1 hour 45 minutes after the race starts. No claims will be entertained thereafter.

E-certificate: For 13 KM categories, e-certificate will be made available within 14 days of the event day.

Medal: It will be given out at the medal counter within 1 hour 45 minutes after the race starts. No claims will be entertained thereafter.

Goodie bags: Goodie bags together with post-run snack will be given together with the finisher medal. It will be given out at the medal counter within 1 hour 45 minutes after the race starts. No claims will be entertained thereafter.

Timing System (13 KM only):

Please ensure you receive a timing device attached to your number bib with your race kit and verify the details at the timing system booth.

Registration Closing Date:

11.59pm, Friday, 11^th February 2017 or upon reaching maximum participants.

Winners Verification:

All cash prize winners must present your identity card (Malaysian) or passport (Foreigners) to be verified at the prize winners canopy.

End of Competition:

The race will be officially over 1 hour and 45 minutes from start time.

Prize Giving:

The top 3 winners in each category will receive their trophies and mock cheques during prize giving ceremony.

Water Stations:

Refreshment and sponging stations will be located at appropriate distances.

Runners E-Guide:

A Runners E-Guide will be uploaded 7 days prior to the race via Facebook and Instagram.

Note:

Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the organizers to ensure the participants safety, participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and/or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual race day.

The organizers reserve the right to change the date and venue without prior notice. The announcement will be made afterwards

The organizers reserve the right to delay the commencement of the race in the event of heavy rain or thunder storm or extreme weather condition. Should the heavy rain, thunder storm or extreme weather condition persist after delay, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the race without any refund. In the event of heavy rain or thunder storm or catastrophic or natural disaster resulting in a postponement or cancellation of the above event, the organizers shall not be held responsible for any claims whatsoever in any form made by any individual or parties concerned.

The organizers reserve the right to use any photograph (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the event taken before, during and after the event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors.
