7th Congress of the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE 2017) will be organized on 30 March - 2 April 2017 at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

Renowned for its wide-ranging multidisciplinary approach and distinguished roster of expert speakers, the 7th Congress of the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE 2017) is coming to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on 30 March – 2 April 2017.

Right up to the Opening Ceremony, the Organising Committee and ASPIRE Executive Board will be working tirelessly to bring to Kuala Lumpur this important event for the region’s clinicians, nurses, researchers and academics in the field of reproductive medicine and fertility.

Meanwhile, the stellar lineup of speakers who will be flying in for this reproduction congress are marking their calendars and preparing their presentations, to assure that all delegates fly out with a wealth of powerful insights into the latest research and treatment options and remain ahead of the curve on all the significant developments and advancements that will impact the future of fertility preservation, embryology, andrology, clinical trials, PCOS, PGS, IVM, and related fields.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming the registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.

A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that the registration fees were not credited in the Conference account on time.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be electronically mailed.   Refund of registration fee will be as follows :

• Prior to December 20, 2016 – Full refund
• From December 21, 2016 until March 14, 2017 – 50% refund.
• From March 15, 2017 – No refund.
• Any fees charged, 3% surcharge applicable to online payment by credit cards will not be refunded.   Bank transfer admission fee (USD30) will also not be refunded – applicable to Bank Transfer payments.
• All approved refunds will be made within two months after the Congress is held.
