INOV8 Trail Run 2017 will be organized at Semenyih Eco Venture Resort & Recreation on 2nd April 2017.

INOV8 Trail run 2017 will be on its second year. This event is a way of INOV8, to show its appreciation towards their customers especially the trail running community.  

To be held in Semenyih Eco Venture Resort & Recreation, this event will help to increase the popularity of this park as a venue for trail runners

** Race kit will be forfeited if failed to collect during the stipulated date and time
** NO RACEKIT COLLECTION ON RACEDAY. Collection of race kit during race day will not be entertained
** You may help your friend to collect on behalf. However please bring along their copy of IC

Bib

1. Pin your number bib at the front of your Running Tee with the safety pins provided
2. Please ensure that the number on the bib is visible
3. Runners must present their bib numbers when redeeming the Medal
4. Bib is not exchangeable. Winners found to be using other runner’s bib will be disqualified.

Medal Design

Upon the completion of the race, all runners who completed the whole course will receive a finisher medal at the finishing line. No claims will be entertained thereafter.

• All prize winners must produce their identity card or passport for verification.
• Winners found to be using other runner’s bib will be disqualified.
• Winners must ensure to collect their prizes after the race and upon announcement of results. All uncollected cash prizes will be forfeited.

• Distance = 14km
• Starting Elevation: 53m
• Elevation Gain: 550m
• Highest Elevation: 260m
• Water Stations = 3 (Distance ~4km apart from each water stations)
 

Route Descriptions

Mostly on trails with challenging ascends and descends. Route mostly covered the rubber tree and palm oil plantations. No major river crossings but do expect some streams crossing.

Registration is via online ONLY. 

Note: 

i. Any online registration that is not followed with online payment will become invalid registration. Therefore please ensure to pay online when you register online. 

ii. No refund will be made for wrongful or multiple registration. 

iii. Substitution and changing of categories is NOT allowed, so please select the category you’re eligible to sign up according to the age qualification. Otherwise you will have to re-register. 

iv. Postal entries are not accepted. 

v. The decision of the Competition Committee is final when accepting entries. The organizers have the right to refuse an entry without having to disclose a reason. 

Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the organizers to ensure the participants safety, participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and/or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual race day. 

The organizers reserve the right to delay the commencement of the race in the event of heavy rain or thunder storm or Air Pollution Index hits the unhealthy level  or any other extreme weather condition. Should the heavy rain, thunder storm or haze or extreme weather condition persist after delay, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the race without any refund. In the event of heavy rain or thunder storm or catastrophic or natural disaster resulting in a postponement or cancellation of the above event, the organisers shall not be held responsible for any claims whatsoever in any form made by any individual or parties concerned. 

The organizers reserves the right to use any photograph (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the event taken before, during and after the event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors.
