RULES AND REGULATION:

1. All participants must sign in prior to the start of the race during the designated check in times on the evening before the race date and/or on the morning of the race as well as have their gear checked and approved prior to the start of the race.
2. All participants must sign the appropriate race waiver as provided by BGRC race committee at the time of check in. Participants who are under age of 18 years old need permission ad signature from parent/guardian.
3. All participants must wear the race number/bib as provided by BGRC on their clothing at all time during the race with the number and sponsor names visible.
4. All participants must race with mandatory individual equipment that has been approved at the gear check list.
5. Accesses to the route and transition area are restricted to racer without the race passes and /or race numbers/bib. 
6. At the pre-race briefing all participants will be provided with race details, direction and maps. Each participant must be present at this meeting.
7. Any contact and/or assistance to a team competing in the BGRC race by support staff, friends, family, spectators, or BGRC staff will result disqualification from the race. Assistance by other competing participant is acceptable.
8. For safety reason there will be cut-off time for participants to reach checkpoint and finish the entire race, if participants do not meet these cut-off time they may be asked to withdraw.
9. Finisher medal is for competitive categories only & subjected to the respective category cut off time.
10. The ranking of the race is determined by BGRC jury.
11. Participants will have to obey and follow all safety instruction by race marshal/official.
12. All participants need to be present at the checkpoint.
13. If a racer required assistance of any kind, the closest racers must assist or be disqualified. The race organizer reserves the right to disqualify a person for not following the instruction of the race organizer or any race marshal/official. The race organizer decision is final.
14. Failure o abide by the race rules and regulation including but not limited to those specified in the race entry from will be result in automatic disqualification.
15. Rude behavior or arguing with the race official and marshal will result in automatic disqualification.
16. The race organizer reserve the right to change the rules or the course at any given time.
