Caribbean Bay Resort comprises of Two-Bedroom Suites, Studio Suites, Deluxe Suites and Junior Suites. All suites are furnished with natural looking timber-strip flooring and comfortable wooden furniture adding a touch of nature to complement the surroundings of the resort. - Caribbean Bay Resort Check-in reception counter operation hours are only from 7:00am to 11pm daily effective today (4 March 2019) until further notice.
- All Caribbean Bay Resort Check-in after 11:00pm will be at Arabian Bay Resort Check-in reception counter effective today (4 March 2019).
- Check in time : 3.00PM / Check Out : 12.00PM.
- No refund is permitted once voucher is purchased.
- No amendment allowed after booking made.
- No refund for NO SHOW and unused vouchers.
- Packages are valid for foreigners and MyKad holders.

*Closed every MONDAY except during Malaysia Public & School Holiday.
Active Academy Outdoor Park :
AM session: 8.30am - 11.30am
PM session: 4.45pm - 7.45pm
*Closed every MONDAY except during Malaysia Public & School Holiday.
