General Sales Conditions 

1. All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.

2. This is an auto-assign seat event , it may not guarantee all seat will be assign together , please double check before proceed, once proceed it will not be cancel or change.

3. No refunds or exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances.

4. This is a fully numbered seating event, except ROCKZONE (free standing ).

5. Children aged 7 and above must have a ticket for admission. Children aged 7 to 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult/parent/guardian aged 21 years old and above.

6. Adult Ticket holders are responsible for taking note of any entry conditions or restrictions imposed on minimum children's admission age.

7.  No entry for those under 7 years old. Below 16 years old must be with a parent/guardian. Under 12 years old not allowed in Rockzone (Free Standing).

8. The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time the order for the ticket is accepted. Ticket price exclusive of handling fee, ticketing fee & etc.

9. For the avoidance of doubt, one (1) ID can only be used to purchase up to TEN (10) tickets per transaction. 

10. Please ensure that the ticket purchased under you does not share to any other third-party.

11. For those who purchase on behalf of your friend/family please make sure the ticket is only given to the right person.

12. For multiple ticket purchasers, you are solely responsible for all the tickets under your purchase.

13. In the event of any change of the Identity Card(s) submitted during the online purchase, the current valid Identity Card must be produced before Ticket2u customer service agents or any such authorised personnel in order to be registered. Ticket2u/Organizer customer service reserve the right to request for further confirmation or documents to verify the ID of the purchaser. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the purchaser, Ticket2u/Organizer ground floor staff reserve the absolute right to refuse for hall entry.

14. The purchaser must be able to show, for registration purposes, the e-confirmation verification sent to the purchaser and a clear soft copy of the Identity card submitted online during the ticket purchase online. On ground access control procedure and method are bound by the Terms & Conditions of sale specified here in and any other provision as may be specified from time to time.

15. Purchasers MUST show their original Identity Card and confirmation email with QR code upon collection. In the event that the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the individual and/or purchaser, the Organizer reserves the absolute right to deny entry of the hall to the ticket holder. 

16. Third parties are not allowed to enter the event hall.

17. A valid QR code ticket must be produced to get into the event venue. Removing any part of and/or, altering and/or defacing the QR code may invalidate the ticket. 

18. The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Ticket2u reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been found resold.

19. Ticket2u will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed.  

20.  In the event of duplicate access on the event day, the purchaser is required to provide proof of purchase. If they fail to provide sufficient evidence, entry will not be allowed.

21. Ownership or possession of the ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on the purchaser to use, alter, copy and/or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.

22.  Information is collected from those registering with Ticket2u in order to facilitate tickets or other services available. The information is collected and used in accordance with our Private Policy. 

23.  The information collected from those registering with ticket2u in order for marketing promotion will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice Policy. By registering, the Registrant provides his/her consent to ticket2u / concert organiser in processing their information and permits sponsors, partners and/or authorised parties to contact Registrant to receive marketing materials and communications for future events, promotions and any other marketing and promotional activities.

24. Purchase from Unauthorised Sources / Refusal of Admission

• Purchase of tickets shall only be made on our designated website at https://www.hitmanlive.com & https://www.ticket2u.com.my/(“Website”). Any Ticket purchased from any other source may be unauthorised copies and purchaser(s) may be refused admittance to the Event.
• In the event that the purchaser provides false or incorrect data when making the purchase, the purchaser may be barred from attending the Event.
• Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, and/or eject any person whose behaviour does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by us and/or the venue.

25. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. All Tickets will be rendered invalid if resold.

26. Weather condition

    • If this is an indoor event, it will not be impacted by the rain.

    • If this is an outdoor event, it may be impacted by the rain - raincoats will be available for purchase at the venue. 

    • The show will continue if it rains.

27. Delay & Postponement

    • Ticket2u does not allow any exchange or cancellation of tickets under any circumstances and tickets sold are neither transferable nor refundable unless otherwise permitted under the paragraph below.

    • In the event of postponement, the ticket purchased for the original event date may be applicable and valid for the new event date unless otherwise notified.

    • Organiser reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.

28. Cancellation

    • In the event any of the performing group is unable to attend or participate, and beyond its organiser’s reasonable control, no refund can be claimed under any circumstances 

    • Ticket2u/Organiser reserves the rights to change or amend any terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

29. Consent

    • During the Event (including entry into the Event), the ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled or dangerous, and illegal substances and recording devices.

30. Assumption of Risk

    • The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.

31. Changes to Event

    • Organiser reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute any artists / performers’ and or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice. 

    • Organiser reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.

32.  Recording/ Audiotaping

    • No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the Event.

33.  Amendments

    • Ticket2u/Organiser reserves the rights to supplement, add, change or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

36. Terms & Conditions For Meet & Greet:

• Open to Existing Ticket Holders ONLY
• Meet & Greet session will be conducted after the concert
• Gather in front of the stage after the concert is over
• Do not lose your wristband; no wristband, no entry
• Collect your MEET & GREET Wristband at the Wristband Redemption Counter at Jumpa, G Floor Entrance
