- All ticket holders need a valid ticket to enter the event. One (1) ticket admits one (1) person only.
- All ticket valid for the whole day event (2 PM - 11:30 PM)
- For attendees in the designated seating zone, seating numbers will be assigned during wristband collection at the redemption counter, which opens at 11 am on the event day. Seating in the free zone is on a first-come, first-served basis.
All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically.
One (1) ID can be used to purchase up to ten (10) tickets per transaction.
The ticket price shall be the price set at the time the ticket order is accepted. The ticket price is subject to handling fees, ticketing fees & etc.
Once the tickets are sold, no exchange, cancellation or refund is allowed under any circumstances.
The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. The Organiser(s) reserves the right to cancel any tickets found to have been resold; tickets are non-transferable and will be rendered invalid if resold.
Tickets purchased from unauthorised ticket sellers or scalpers will be counted as void.
Removing, altering, and/or defacing any part of the QR code may invalidate the ticket.
The Organiser(s) will not be held responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen, or destroyed.
- No admission for any infants or children age below 12 years old. Child aged between 12 - 15 years old MUST BE accompanied by an adult.

In the event of any change in the Identity Card(s) submitted during the online purchase, the current valid Identity Card must be produced before the Ticket2u customer service agents or any authorised personnel can make necessary amendments. Ticket2u/Organiser customer service reserves the right to request further confirmation or documents to verify the ID of the purchaser. If the provided confirmation or documents are insufficient to verify the ID of the purchaser, Ticket2u/Organiser’s ground floor staff reserve the absolute right to refuse for entry.
The purchaser must be able to show, for registration purposes, the e-confirmation verification sent to the purchaser and a clear soft copy of the Identity Card submitted online during the ticket purchase. On-ground access control procedures and methods are bound by the Terms & Conditions of sale specified herein and any other provisions as may be specified from time to time.
Third parties are not allowed to enter the event hall.
In the event of duplicate access on the event day, the purchaser is required to provide proof of purchase. Failure to provide sufficient evidence will result in denied entry.
