Mostafa’s mom has been making this dish for as long as he can remembers. It is her go-to for any sort of family get-together, and she loves to make it for holidays, birthdays, and other special occasions in Kashan. The secret ingredient is love: lots and lots of love! It is the best combination of handpicked and premium ingredients – saffron, rose water, almond and cardamon, without any additives or preservatives. It is very delicate and light in texture, mild in sweetness and it gets its golden colour from saffron. It is just you and your taste buds, here to enjoy each other!
