Taylor’s 24 Festive Drums Club is more than just a club; It’s a passionate family dedicated to preserving the rich cultural heritage of the 24 festive drums. Established in January 2016 with a small group of enthusiastic students, the club has grown and thrived over the years. It has attracted dedicated members who share a common goal of showcasing Malaysian Chinese cultural performances to Malaysia and the world. Together, we work as a close-knit family, actively participating in numerous events and performances. Mutual support and teamwork are fundamental principles within TU24FD, essential for the success of every endeavour.Taylor’s Lion Dance Club was founded by a passionate group of students in June 2023, it is a dynamic and spirited organisation dedicated to preserving and promoting the rich heritage of Chinese traditional lion dance culture. With a lively and energetic team consisting of 30 dedicated members armed with merely two lion heads, a resonant drum, and three pairs of cymbals, we passionately showcase this captivating art form on various occasions. Beyond our performances, we serve as a pivotal platform for lion dance enthusiasts, providing an immersive learning experience to carry forward this cherished tradition, ensuring its continuity and cultural significance resonates for generations to come.
