VISA Application Procedures
Schengen Visa : we will provide you all the necessary support documents by the end of April in order for you to go and do your own schengen visa application in your home country for your travels to Belgium.
ETIAS : It is required for the following countries starting from 2025 and application is online by the passport holder themselves which will cost them EU7 per application. Each approved application will be valid for 3 years or until passport expires (whichever comes first) and the applicant can stay in any EU countries for up to 90 days.
With effect from 1st Jan 2025 ETIAS (European Travel and Information Authorization System) application will be required for citizens from the following countries traveling to EU countries:
Australia, Brunei, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Malaysia
Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, UAE, UK, USA
* Countries that are not mentioned above, will still require to apply for Schengen Visa as usual in order to travel to the EU.
