- All attendees regardless of age require a ticket in order to attend this event. This is to ensure that we are always within the posted fire capacity limits as these limits are also regardless of age. This also helps the organizer to know how many attendees are there in the event in case if there is any evacuation of the building is required.
- For now, the tickets are only available online via ticket2u.com.my. Upon successful purchase online using credit card or debit card, tickets will be issued electronically through the buyer's email. The email will contain a link to your account as well as an attached PDF of the ticket. The ticket(s) will have a QR code that will be used to scan the you in on the date of the event. Ticket can either be printed or present them on a mobile device during scanning.
- However, in case if the event has to be cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, the purchased tickets will be refunded (may take up to 14 business day). Ticket2u can only issue refund to ticket holders who have purchased their tickets through Ticket2u.com.
- Tickets bought are not refundable however if the buyer are unable to attend the event, the tickets are transferable.
- Organizer reserves the right to change the program’s tentative.
- The seats arrangement designated by the organizer are fixed according to which ticket are being bought by the buyer.
